2. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS

We describe products as accurately as we can and photograph the actual item. Colours and finishes can differ slightly between screens and production batches. Specifications may change without notice when a manufacturer updates a product.

3. PRICES AND CURRENCY

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where required by law. Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum. We may change prices at any time; the price shown at the moment you complete checkout is the price you pay.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.

5. SHIPPING

Shipping terms, carriers, delivery windows and restrictions are set out in our <a href="https://cremahome.shop/policies/shipping-policy">Shipping Policy</a>, which forms part of these terms. We ship within the United States only.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND WARRANTY

Returns and refunds are governed by our <a href="https://cremahome.shop/policies/refund-policy">Return and Refund Policy</a>: 30 days from delivery, returns by mail, no restocking fee, refund within 5 business days of inspection. Machines and electrical items carry a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

7. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. Misuse of codes may result in an order being cancelled.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The CremaHome name, the text, the photographs and the layout of this store belong to CremaHome and may not be copied for commercial use without written permission. Manufacturer names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products.

9. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use this store for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to interfere with its operation or security, and not to submit false orders or false return claims.

10. LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for damage caused by misuse of a product against its instructions.

11. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, strikes, customs or other events outside our reasonable control.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
