About CremaHome

CremaHome is an independent online store based in St Cloud, Florida. We sell a short list of coffee machines and kitchen tools — six products, chosen one by one, not a catalogue of everything a supplier happened to have in stock.

The store exists because buying a first espresso machine online is confusing. The same photos appear on ten different sites at ten different prices, the specification sheets are copied from the factory, and nobody tells you whether the steam wand will actually fit under your kitchen cabinet. We wanted a shop where the answer is written down.

What we sell

Every product on the site is here for a reason. If it does not solve a real problem in a home kitchen, we do not list it.

How we choose what to sell

We buy it like a customer
Every item is ordered through the same checkout you are using now, at the normal price, with no supplier sample.

We use it for two weeks
Espresso is pulled, milk is textured, the grinder is set to fine and coarse, and the kettle is checked against a thermometer.

We write the limits down
If something is fiddly, loud, or only suits one kind of drinker, that goes in the product description instead of a five-star sentence.

Shipping

Free shipping on every US order — no minimum. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are packed the same business day, otherwise the next one, and your parcel arrives in 3–10 business days with tracking emailed the moment the label is created. We ship inside the United States only, and we do not deliver to PO boxes.

After the sale

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unused and in its original packaging, and we do not charge a restocking fee. If a parcel arrives damaged, or the wrong item arrives, send a photo within 7 days and we pay the return shipping and send a replacement. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.

Machines and electrical items carry a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. To use it, write to support@cremahome.shop or call +1 (703) 456-4824 with your order number. A person reads every message — not a ticket bot — and we reply within 1 business day.
