Shipping & delivery

Shipping is free on every US order — no minimum. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are packed the same day; everything else is packed the next business day. Delivery takes 3–10 business days across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. A tracking link is emailed as soon as the shipping label is created. We do not ship internationally and we do not deliver to PO boxes.

Returns & warranty

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging, with no restocking fee. Email support@cremahome.shop with your order number and we send return instructions within 1 business day; refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection. Every appliance also carries a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, and items that arrive damaged or wrong are replaced or refunded at our cost — report it within 7 days of delivery. Care & maintenance

Rinse removable parts in warm water after use and dry them before storing. Descale espresso machines and kettles every 4–8 weeks with a citric-acid or dedicated descaler (never vinegar on aluminium parts). Grinders: brush the burrs monthly and never wash them. Glassware and cups are dishwasher safe on a normal cycle; the double-wall cups must not be microwaved or put in the freezer. Keep the user manual that ships in the box — it has the model-specific descaling steps.

Good to know

For espresso, start around setting 8–12 and adjust one step at a time. For pour-over start around 20–24, drip machines 26–30, and French press 34–38. Always grind right before brewing — pre-ground coffee loses most of its aroma within 30 minutes.
